We had an ant infestation (see attached video) and we didn't receive any help from the staff. We asked if we could switch rooms and were denied. The manager insisted the ants were coming from the patio even though they were obviously coming from multiple spots in the wall. They offered to spray some…
Excellent location. Very clean, quiet and pleasant place. The staff is very professional, kind and friendly, always going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
It was great experience from staff, comfort and views. We did get the balcony room which wqs nice to have but honestly not needed. There is beautiful seating area for breakfast lunch, dinner or just snacks and tea.
