What a good person Zouhir, he made me feel important to him and he was very friendly to everyone. Some guests were arrogant to him because the lift didn’t work but things like that can happen and he was very polite and friendly to them. Thanks Zouhir for everything 🙏🏼
The hotel is nice but very expensive compared to Morocco. The air conditioning in the room, I rented was not working. I did not say that because I was tired I went straight to sleep but it was very hot. The night staff was very kind. 👏
