My stay here was excellent. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind. The design of the room, the tile, lighting and staircase were unique and well suited for comfort and originality. The breakfast is amazing. My biggest takeaway is the kindness of the staff. Beautiful time in Casablanca.

The hotel was quiet, but the room was not ready. For example, I didn't find any towels. The reception experience was mixed: the lady in the morning was calm and treated guests nicely, while the one at night was rude and difficult to deal with. I definitely won't be coming back.

When you have reserved the room from Booking.com for two weeks ago.i had travelling from Dubai and after metro i have walk 45mint fo rreaching there . Finally i found there is no space. That lady is requesting to cancel the booking.
