Their appointment system is a mess. There’s no communication between reception and the staff. This is for the men’s barber. It took me three appointments just to get a haircut. Decent cut overall but never again.

Me and my husband came here yesterday. We both had a wonderful experience, we had the Royal Oasis Package. Our first experience of a Morrocan Hammam spa! Very relaxing atmosphere and all the staff were professional and friendly. Would definitely come back again if visiting Casablanca in the future.
