“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The service was unprofessional and the rooms were unclean and poorly maintained. This experience did not meet the basic standards of hospitality and I hope management takes immediate action to improve.”
This hotel was a huge letdown. I arrived at twelve ten a.m. after traveling to Casablanca, only to find my room given to someone else. The front desk was rude, spoke coldly, and demanded I pay through the app with disrespectful language. Avoid this place—save yourself the hassle.
It's very close to the train. The rooms are not great but they're super cheap, so what do you expect. The service was impeccable. When we asked for help to get a taxi, the host at the desk drove us to dinner himself. Thanks so much!
