This place is wonderful but its the staff that makes it amazing. Particularly the restaurant staff - the lead server Ahmed makes you feel at home and takes the best care. I always have a wonderful experience because of him. Definetly go to the Moroccan restaurant, such professionals there!!

Rooms are very nice though one couple in our group had a small room they didn't like. Service is very good. Jungle Bar is too loud for my liking. It is very difficult to converse there. Music at one-quarter the level would still be better. They have beautiful views and also two swimmining pools.

The service at the hotel left something to be desired except for the man who checked us in at 11pm on 27/11/25, who was incredibly kind and helpful.
