This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The location is very convenient and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with quite a number of sites of attraction within a short distance -thr Old Market, the Hassan Tower, the Royal Palace, the Medina etc. The hotel's personnel are courteous and helpful. The hotel must have received its 5 stars a long time ago. The rooms were not great and smelly. Old wooden furniture that was nicked all over. Bathrooms were really dilapidated. Towels and linen were more than tired. Definitely too pricey for what it was worth! The only upside: Staff was really nice…
