I'm unsure why it's referred to as a mall since most stores are closed. There is a marjane market, several optometry stores, riad koftan, and one called Fashion Tape, which specializes in birthday supplies and gifts.

It is a sad place. Only the supermarket Marjane Market on the underground floor seems to be working. Some of the stores that accessible from the exterior seem to be good and working too as they enjoy exterior visibility.
