We had to carry our own luggage to the rooms. The blinds of the bathroom does not work, hence no privacy for the person in the bathroom which is embarrassing.
Absolutely liked everything about this hotel, i.e. location, assistance, and specially the warm welcome by Wassim at the reception who provided us all the needed supoort and helped to easily get around. Again many thanks to Wassim.
