Costs too much to hire staff to take care of administrative request, let's just leave it to the security to do their job instead and not pay them for the extra responsibility. Sounds great, had to wait in line just for them to say, "ran out of papers" 2 days in a row

There is one toilet,and it smells bad,the teachers are mean,there is no seats ,going to the prison is more healthier than this place .
