I had surgery here. I never imagined I would find such poor service. The nurses who are not as good as the doctors, the workers, are not polite from the reception, administration, nurses and their superiors as if you were in a public hospital or worse.

My wife had surgery there. The nurses weren't wearing masks at reception, even though it was the peak of COVID-19 infections. We had to ask twice for soap before the nurse brought it to us, and the call button for the nurse didn't work! We had to ask twice for Doliprane (paracetamol), but to no avai…
