There are always problems at Cih Bank, this morning I went to an ATM to withdraw money at 10:30 AM, but there was no money, So I went to another bank to withdraw money, incurring fees,there is negligence at the bank,Please improve services and oversight,Thank you.

The employee are rude+ they keep talking on their phones while they ignore customers or they give them wrong information to just kick them out. I’m thinking to stop my account because of their bad attitude
