Honestly, the worst bank branch I've ever seen. How is it possible that in 2025, if a teller is absent, the cash register will automatically close, with no replacement planned? This is unacceptable for a bank of this caliber. No consideration for customers and a total lack of organization.

I made an appointment three times in a week, and each time the teller said there was no money and I had to come back the next day to get it. It was pointless to make an appointment in advance. It was terrible.
