The receptionist was extremely unpleasant, had no concept of the job, the waiting room was packed, customers didn't dare complain while she was on the phone, and once she hung up, she didn't call anyone to serve them. I wanted to open an account but I turned around and left.
The branch manager is great, along with the advisor at the office, but the receptionist is unheard of. Run away to another branch if you want a real bank that takes care of you.
The receptionist was extremely unpleasant, showing no politeness whatsoever. She gave a terrible first impression of the agency, leaving clients waiting while she talked on the phone with her family about her private life. No smile, no greeting, in short.
